So im looking to a ref. i went through the process of applying today as well. But my question would be as a referee what would you do or even in general if in a match your opponent was using spawn claymores. In other words placing the claymores so as soon as the other player spawns and takes a step they die.

Now in that instance what should be done by the player being spawn claymored and/or by the ref present at that match?

for one that is considered cheating should it somehow find a way to happen and we will not allow that so a ref needs to have a talk with the teams involved doing so

secondly there is a lot of stuff you would have to do to become a ref and that process will be approved by tflem

on another note with that same thing the refs will have a talk with you and help you out should you be approved by tflem

For your last question the player that is being camped needs to bring the situation to a ref so we can deal with it promptly, however, the situation will need to be dealt with online as how over the website is not a reliable way to get the information needed about the match. If a ref is in there and that ends up happening and he sees it, then he will need to talk to both teams and hand out the appropriate punishment.
